What data we collect

For business accounts we store name, email, phone, and business details. Guests viewing the menu only provide a session name; it remains on order records after the session closes and is not used for marketing. Registered customers may have account and order history.

Visit statistics

When counting menu views we do not store IP addresses in plain form; only an irreversible hash for unique visitor counts. Device type and browser language may be recorded for statistics.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your language. On our marketing site we also use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.), which sets cookies to measure anonymous usage such as pages visited, visit length and device type; we use this only to improve the site and never for advertising. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Data sharing

Your data is never sold. It is shared only with providers needed to deliver the service: hosting and storage providers, and Paddle, our payment provider, which processes subscription payments as an authorised reseller and receives the billing details you enter at checkout. Each business's data is isolated and accessible only to its authorized users.
