Distance sales agreement

This agreement governs the online purchase of a Enippy subscription.
1. Parties
SERVICE PROVIDER: TEYOBI BILISIM YAZILIM SANAYI TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI, which develops and operates the service. RESELLER / MERCHANT OF RECORD: Paddle.com, which sells the subscription, collects payment and issues invoices on our behalf. The Buyer is the business or person who places the subscription order; the account details given at purchase are taken as valid.

2. Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties for the digital Enippy subscription ordered by the Buyer at app.enippy.com, within the framework of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation where they apply to the Buyer.
3. Service details and price
Service: Enippy subscription (Starter, Professional or Enterprise plan).
Type: digital, cloud-based software (SaaS).
Payment: recurring monthly or yearly subscription.
Price: shown in US dollars (USD) on the pricing page and at checkout. Applicable taxes such as VAT may be added at checkout depending on your location.
Access: active immediately after payment is confirmed.
4. Payment and billing
The order is formed when the Buyer completes and confirms the Paddle checkout.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders; it collects the payment by card or other methods it offers and issues the invoice. Card details are never stored on our servers.
On a monthly plan the fee is charged every month; on a yearly plan it is charged once at the start of each year.
The Buyer expressly consents to recurring payments at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated by Paddle at checkout.
5. Delivery
The service is digital and is made available on the Buyer's account immediately after payment is confirmed. No physical delivery takes place. See the delivery policy for details.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Every payment comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: the Buyer may request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date without giving a reason. The Buyer may also cancel the subscription at any time. Details are in the cancellation and refund policy; the Paddle buyer terms also apply.
7. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer arbitration committees and the courts of Ankara are competent. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
8. Acceptance
By ticking the confirmation box at registration or checkout, the Buyer declares to have read and accepted this agreement in full.
