These terms apply between businesses using Enippy and the provider TEYOBI BILISIM YAZILIM SANAYI TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI. Enippy is a digital menu and table ordering platform developed by Teyobi.

Service provider

Scope of service

Enippy provides digital menu publishing, QR code generation, and table-based ordering within subscription plan limits via the browser.

Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are billed in US dollars (USD), monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders; Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Every new payment comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. A short grace period follows the end date; if unpaid, guest menu access closes. Account data is retained and reopens after payment. Business responsibility

Menu content, prices, allergen warnings, and images are the business's responsibility. Uploaded content must respect copyright.

Service continuity

We strive for uninterrupted service and announce planned maintenance. We are not liable for indirect damages from unexpected outages.

Account termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Accounts with abuse may be suspended after notice.
